Anomal Logic Work Experience

we are a world leader in Feature Animation that creates such films as The Lego Movie 2, Peter Rabbit and Guardians of the Galaxy 2. You may remember my communication from last year, we had a very enjoyable time with the 10 selected students from all around British Columbia..!
We are going to be running our third ‘work experience week’ for grade 11 students from BC at our Studio in downtown Vancouver, where successful applicants will spend the week learning and applying a variety of computer animation related skills. This could help the students achieve all of their 30 hours work experience, in one fun and exciting week.
It will be taking place in Spring Break Monday 23rd March 2020 to Friday 27th March 2020 and we would really appreciate you helping us get the word out to your students.
The deadline for applications from interested students is Monday 12th March 2019 and can be applied for via an online application form on our website –

During the week, students will be taught all of the required skills on our equipment and lunch will be provided. However, transport to and from the studio will be the responsibility of the participants.
Some Queries that came up last year:
· This is completely free to participate in – we cover all the costs and provide lunch for each student throughout the week
· Students are responsible for their own travel to and from the Studio in downtown Vancouver (and accommodation if they are from further out areas of BC).
·  All of last year’s students had an amazing time and are still in contact with our studio for career advice

Young Entrepreneurs Speed Networking

The Surrey Board of Trade is hosting its inaugural Young Entrepreneurs’ Speed Networking Night on March 4th, and we would like as many students as possible to join us!
Students and guests will have the opportunity to network and ask questions to Surrey’s top entrepreneurs and industry leaders. They will learn and get connected with the best and brightest leaders from across Surrey and the Lower Mainland.
Any young or aspiring entrepreneur looking for career advice and mentorship is invited. If they are unsure of their career path and would like the chance to explore different possibilities, they should definitely attend.
Why attend:
 Connect with business leaders, mentors, and young professionals
 Practice networking skills in a safe and fun environment
 Get industry and career insights
How it works: Participants will rotate to different offices throughout the night, each hosted by a different industry leader who will be there to answer your questions and give you exclusive career insights!
